(Wie wird die Kunststoffplatte extrudiert?)<\/p><p>Kunststoffgranulat (das Zusatzstoffe enthalten kann) wird aus dem Trichter des Extruders durch Druck und Scherung \u00fcber eine rotierende Schnecke in einen beheizten Zylinder bef\u00f6rdert. In diesem Zylinder wird das Granulat geschmolzen und homogenisiert, bevor es zur Breitschlitzd\u00fcse bef\u00f6rdert wird.<\/p><p>Je nach Anwendung kann eine Vielzahl von Konfigurationen verwendet werden, einschlie\u00dflich Variationen bei der Anzahl und Drehung der Schnecken sowie der geometrischen Gestaltung und Struktur von Schnecke und Zylinder. Die D\u00fcse selbst kann die Koextrusion verschiedener thermoplastischer Materialien (z. B. recycelter Kunststoffe) aus mehreren Extrudern erleichtern und die Herstellung von geschichteten oder konzentrischen Materialien erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p><p>Anschlie\u00dfend wird das Extrudat mit einem Dreiwalzenkalander gek\u00fchlt und zu Schneid- und Wickelstationen transportiert. Dar\u00fcber hinaus k\u00f6nnen Tiefziehprozesse bei Bedarf inline mit der Plattenextrusionslinie durchgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
