What Machines Are Used To Make Plastic Cups, Bowls, Yogurt Cups?
Plastic cups, bolws, yogurt cups, coffee cups and milk tea cups can be produced by plastic cup making machine (TZ-750b); But the auxiliary machines are different in the production line according to produce types and sizes.
1. Plastic bolws, yogurt cups:
TZ-750B plastic cup making machine can make instant noodles bolws, disposable bolws, yogurt cups with uniform wall and good forming precision.
TZ-750B plastic cup making machine + manipulator with conveying belt + manual packing are enough for the production line.
2. Plastic cups:
About the plastic cup production, there are two normal production solution according to the cup dimensions. If the cup top diameter is more than the cup height, cup bottom diameter < top diameter, cup top diameter>60mm, we can adopt the bellow solution:
If cup top diameter<cup height, cup bottom diameter<cup top diameter, cup top diameter>60 mm, we can adopt the medium solution as bellow:
