If customer has many different PET fruit container design, customized order and small quantity order. Customer can choose four-station TZ-7695 thermoforming machine. Sample order, customer makes plaster mold to make sample; Small order, customer make copper mold to produce; big quantiy, customer makes aluminum mold to produce. It’s convenient to meet the requirements of sample order, small order and big quantity order. Just need to make different molds. plaster mold cost < copper mold cost < aluminum mold cost.

Positive-negative Forming Solution:

If customer have standard sizes of PET fruit container and big quantity requirement. Customer can choose four-station positive-negative pressure TZ-7265 & TZ-7385 thermoforming machines. Those machines have high forming speed, forming quality is better, complex design container is ok. Just need to consider that those machine have to use aluminum molds, the alumunum mold has longer use-life, but a little more expensive than copper mold.  If order have big quantity, those machine can reduce the production cost much.
