Φ120 Single Screw PET Sheet Extrusion Production Line In Turkey 2025

This Φ120 single screw PET sheet extrusion production line has special single-screw & planetary multi-screw section (with vacuum vent device) design. 

Single Screw Advantage:

The PET sheet have good toughness if it is produced by Single Screw PET sheet extrusion Machine. But need to crystallize and dry the PET material before production.

Planetary Multi-screw Section + Vacuum Vent Device:

Compared with European thermoforming PET sheet Extrusion Production line,  Our Φ120 PET sheet production design a planetary multi-screw section + vacuum vent device. Benefit from this, our PET Sheet production line do not need to equip crystallizing and dying equipment to treat the PET. When the melt PET is transferred to planetary multi-screw section by sing screw rotation and sheer, the multi-screw will fully sheer the melting PET.  With the special multi-screw barrel structure, it ensures enough vacuum room. Plus the vacuum vent device, the water molecules and air in the melting PET will be vent sufficiently.  Thereby the PET sheet have better gloss, high transparent, good toughness. Do not need crystallizing and drying equipment to treat PET, so our PET sheet extrusion line save those equipment cost.
