Complete PET Sheet Production Process
The SWT-120D integrates the complete production process:
Material Feeding → Melt Extrusion → Vacuum Degassing → Filtration → Die Forming → Three-Roll Calendering → Cooling → Edge Trimming → Silicone Oil Coating → Drying → Haul-Off → Winding
The automatic edge trimming, silicone oil coating and winding systems improve production efficiency and finished sheet quality.

The SWT-120D adopts a Φ120mm vented single screw extruder with a 40:1 L/D ratio. The extruder uses a 132KW permanent magnet synchronous motor and high-quality 38CrMoAlA screw and barrel structure.
The vacuum venting system effectively removes moisture and impurities during PET melting, improving melt quality and production stability.
