Complete PET Sheet Production Process
The SWT-120D integrates the complete production process:
Material Feeding → Melt Extrusion → Vacuum Degassing → Filtration → Die Forming → Three-Roll Calendering → Cooling → Edge Trimming → Silicone Oil Coating → Drying → Haul-Off → Winding
The automatic edge trimming, silicone oil coating and winding systems improve production efficiency and finished sheet quality.

The SWT-120D adopts a Φ120mm vented single screw extruder with a 40:1 L/D ratio. The extruder uses a 132KW permanent magnet synchronous motor and high-quality 38CrMoAlA screw and barrel structure.
The vacuum venting system effectively removes moisture and impurities during PET melting, improving melt quality and production stability.
Efficient Vacuum Degassing System
PET materials are moisture‑sensitive. Our SWT‑120D PET Sheet Production Line features a vacuum extraction system to eliminate moisture and impurities during melting.
