The TZ-6245 fully automatic high speed thermoforming machine is designed with a heating section four times longer than the forming station. This ensures efficient and uniform heating for various sheet materials. Combined with a high-performance positive and negative pressure mold equipped with efficient cooling, it greatly improves forming efficiency.
The maximum forming area is 620x450mm, which is smaller compared to 750x650mm và 750x850mm positive and negative pressure thermoforming machines, making the overall cost more affordable. It is especially suitable for producing products that require smaller size, higher forming precision, and strict heating control.

Production Process:
TZ-7265 Thermoforming Machine Details:
The loading is lifted by a motor, with a support weight of up to 500 kg. The sheet feeding is driven by a rubber roller. Two material rods are provided for changing sheets . Two nozzles are specially set up in the upper sheet area for spraying silicone oil to facilitate demoulding.
The width of the chain track is adjusted by the motor. The main body of the chain track is made of aluminum profile with hard oxidation buckle groove design, which has a long service life. The pull chain is made of silicon steel sheet and driven by a 4.5kw servo motor. The required length is input, and the pull is fast and accurate.
The electric oven uses intelligent compensation control with digital input for precise temperature adjustments (0-400°C in 3 minutes). It’s user-friendly, energy-efficient, and can bake low-temperature sheets three times.
The newly designed mold changing mechanism ensures extremely short mold changing time,a simple mold change system optimized in ergonomic design, and a laser steel knife punching and stacking device, thus ensuring maximum production time
The human-machine interface uses Inovance’s 15- inch color touch screen, PLC integrated module control, and an industrial touch display as the HMI (human-machine interface), using a Chinese interface. The machine has button operation and the setting and modification of all process parameters , making the equipment easy to operate and maintain .
The length of the forming sheet is not limited within 340-450mm , the width of the forming sheet is between 380~620mm , the maximum forming height is 140 mm, the upper and lower forming molds use 3 KW Delta/Inovance servo motors, the speed can be controlled in sections, and the accuracy is high.
Has an automatic mold locking system, which can fix the mold after the installation and adjustment. Don’t need screws to fix the mold and can short the setting time of the mold. It can improve efficiency. And the cutter has heat functions.
Stacking station has multi-functional stacking modes, normally choose automatic up and down stacking manipulator and manipulator (take products from cutting mold out and then stack on the conveyor belt).
